    Latest ILA Version 5.1.9, released July 2025

    We're excited to announce the latest update to TranslateLive, featuring new capabilities and improvements designed to enhance your translation experience.

    New Features
    Image Translation - Translate text within images during active sessions using your device's camera. Capture images, detect languages automatically, and view translated results with zoom functionality for better readability.
    Video Phrases – You can save pre-recorded videos automatically in your pre-loaded phrases settings so you can send through instructional videos to your guest with just one click of a button. Note: These videos must already be translated in the language your guests needs.

    Enhanced User Experience
    Mic Auto Deactivation - A new feature we like to call “Tap and Listen” can be enabled on your ILAs to automatically deactivate the microphone after an idle period. Tap the red microphone button; the mic activates, waits for audio, and deactivates if no input is detected within 3 seconds.
    Expanded Host Controls - New settings for Tap and Listen functionality and microphone gain controls, with customizable timeout duration or the option to disable timeouts entirely.
    Remember Guest Language – We have added a parameter to retain the guest’s language preference across app restarts.
