Please check the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Check that the WiFi is connected with a strong signal.
- Ensure you are holding down the microphone button the entire time you are speaking.
- This will turn the microphone button green and the app background will turn green with moving sound bars as it picks up your voice.
- If needed, tap the small microphone button on the right to enable always-on microphone, removing the need to hold the button.
- Modify microphone sensitivity by tapping on the chevron/caret icon next to that small microphone button.
- Restart both devices.
