How to install the ILA App

For Apple devices:
  • Search for "Instant Language Assistant" on the AppStore and locate the App by developer "TranslateLive" and install it.
  • Once installed, launch the ILA App and select the language and dialect you'd like to use to continue the setup.
  • Tap Start at the bottom.
  • You should see a prompt for a Setup Code.  Enter the code provided to you by TranslateLive.
  • Enter the name of the iPad/ILA for our system to identify under your account.  This can be whatever you feel best.  Office ILA, Terry's Phone, etc.
  • Enter the email address and password combination to create your ILA App account.
    • Each email address registering an ILA App license must be unique.
  • The ILA App will restart.
  • Once you're through the EULA prompt, you should see a screen with a green banner at the top, the word "Rooms" below it, and QR codes.

For Android devices:
  • Search for "Instant Language Assistant" on the Play Store and locate the App by developer "TranslateLive" and install it.
  • Once installed, launch the ILA App and select the language and dialect you'd like to use to continue the setup.
  • Tap Start at the bottom.

You can registered installations on your Android or iOS device up to the limit of the number of licenses purchased.
