How to add Languages to the ILA Keyboard

To add new keyboard languages to your ILA, please follow these steps.

Minimize the ILA App if it is open by tapping on the Circle/Dot button at the bottom of the screen.


Tap on the Gear icon to access tablet Settings.



Tap on Default Keyboard Settings.


Tap on Gboard.


Tap on Add keyboard.


Browse-able language list is available on the next screen.


You may need to search for the language to find it.


Once you tap on the language you need, you'll be taken to a screen to customize the keyboard.


Please note that there are multiple keyboard options available, scroll-able to the left and right, as well as customization options below.



Once you've selected the appropriate options for the keyboard, tap on Done at the bottom right corner.


Next time you launch the ILA App and start a translation session in that language/dialect, you should be see the keyboard in that language and configuration.
